Anyone can do yoga, it’s just a question of at what level. The main thing to consider when practicing yoga is not to go over their limits. One should not give up too early, but not trying to be “for good”. Many start with very much enthusiasm and then lose interest. They want results fast, but it does not happen in yoga – or any other form of exercise for that matter. Be patient!s.
